Even us awesome guitarists need help from time to time!  The most frequently asked questions have been answered in our “How To” video series found HERE.


For those who experience the rare missing or weirdly-displayed tab/chart PDFs, or you’re not able to play back video or jamtracks, these are localized and momentary errors. Browsers are fickle and on a daily basis, may not want to play well, especially Internet Explorer.  We don’t recommend using IE, but rather Safari, Chrome or Firefox.  The troubleshooting steps are:


  • Try to update your OS to the latest version
  • Try a different browser
  • Make sure your favorite browser is up to date.
  • Still no luck? Try a different device
  • STILL no luck?  Try a different network (i.e. try on a cell phone that is not on your wi-fi)

These steps help to pinpoint the issue and following them should fix any playback/display issues.  If you’ve tried these but are still experiencing some issues, please get in touch and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
